The Sysytem Gym

I have started training recently with Sammy Phua from The System Gym. It is one of the most detailed and comprehensive training programs that I have ever partaken in with incredible results. Sometimes roles require a transformation and physical change of the body to suit a particular character. Working with Sammy as a trainer not only gets you results, but they are achievable in a realistic space of time.
